It seems that everywhere I look these days I see shapes and scenes that I want to recreate
using the fiber art form of the quilt. My favorite part of this process is in the designing phase
when anything is possible.
Then comes the reality of the technique, where the true challenge lies.
I am a sponge for technique and enjoy the process of turning ideas into reality.
I don't think I will ever stop studying this craft. Every new thing I
learn just makes me enjoy my work more.
Even though I am an art quilt fanatic, every once in awhile I get this insane desire to make small miniature pieced quilts. I don't know why I subject myself to this, but maybe its just to re center and clear my mind for the next "big" project!
